She was also one of only two high school cellists selected as finalists in the 2020 National YoungArts Foundation program and was honored to be selected for the Carnegie Hall 2020 National Youth Orchestra. Meagan received a Dean’s Performance Award, recognizing exceptional promise in performance, and will be pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Cello Performance at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York.

Meagan is a big fan of wide-open spaces and enjoys singing showtunes with her sisters, cooking healthy food, and caring for a 12-head herd of Nigerian Dwarf goats, 20-odd cows, and a 160-pound Anatolian Shepherd.

Samuel Liss

Samuel is working at Amazon while he waits to hear from the Army. He plans to head for Boot Camp as soon as possible.

Samuel has never met a stranger-- he loves meeting new people! He likes to think for himself and doesn't mind standing out from the crowd. We look forward to seeing how the Lord will prosper his life.

Maizie Lowe

Maizie spent her high school career working in food service, participating in swimming and FFA, working in the SDHS and SDMS offices, and spending time with friends. She enjoyed spending her summers volunteering in the Aurora Little League Concessions and spending time with her family,

including her five siblings. We are all so proud of Maizie and are excited for the next steps in her journey to become Master at Arms in the United States Navy.

Jacob Thomas Markewicz

Graduating with honors from Indiana Connections Academy – INCA (Online Charter school through Ball State University).

He has been accepted into the Electrical Engineering Program at the University of Cincinnati for the fall of 2020.

He is a quiet, kind young man who loves music – especially from the 70’s and 80’s and a good road trip.  He was blessed with the incredible opportunity to study abroad in 2019 in Europe.  He has a strong faith in Christ and has relied on it  to overcome some pretty big hurtles.  Young Voices has been an amazing home for him since he was a little voice.  We are so very proud of the man that he is and cannot wait to see the incredible journey God has mapped for him!

Josie Potter

Josie Plans to attend a medical massage school in the Cincinnati tri-state area as soon as she can enroll next Spring.  Meanwhile, she plans to work and save funds for next year.  We are proud of Josie and anxious to see what adventures await her!

Meg Roulier

Lauren Sparks

Lauren will be attending Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL and majoring in Communications.

For the past 3 years he has worked at a Preschool.  He enjoys working with young children.

He plans to attend college in the Fall, studying Elementary Education.  He hopes to make a difference in the lives of young people.
